     Wilson Creek has reasonably priced land, a great preschool and K-12 school system with a student to teacher ratio of 10:1 and the low power costs that one expects from a town in Grant County. The entire town is completely wired with fiber optic internet. Low cost power and high speed connection make Wilson Creek an ideal location for web based businesses.

     Wilson Creek is on the BNSF mainline from Chicago to Seattle. There is siding access available for freight.

     The Town of Wilson Creek is a fully planned with the following zones: Ag-Industrial, Commercial, Airport Development, and Residential.

      Wilson Creek is centrally located. The town center is 27 miles from Moses Lake and I-90. Quincy, new home of Microsoft and Yahoo!, is less than 50 miles away.

It has a skate park, community park, national register listed bank building with museum and century old homes. There are hunting, fishing, boating, and skiing available close by.
