AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TOWN OF WILSON CREEK, WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE 429: SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Contractor, Consolidated Disposal Services, Inc. (CDSI), has provided solid waste collection in the Town of Wilson Creek area under its Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission certificate and operating under contract with the Town of Wilson Creek; and
WHEREAS, Grant County has increased landfill rates effective March 1, 2021; and
WHEREAS, CDSI has, in turn, increased rates effective March 1, 2021;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WILSON CREEK, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 8 regarding rates shall be amended as follows:
