ORDINANCE NO. 442
AN ORDINANCE of the Town of Wilson Creek amending Sections IV.C and D of Chapter 16 of the Town of Wilson Creek Municipal Code Regarding Wireless Facility Standards.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WILSON CREEK, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Chapter 16.14 of the Town of Wilson Creek Municipal Code is hereby amended effective as of July 19, 2022 (five business days after approval), as follows:
Section IV(C) and Section IV(D) of Chapter 16.14 of the Wilson Creek Municipal Code shall be and are hereby amended to provide as follows:
C. Wireless communication facilities are permitted in the following zones or portions thereof:
2. Ag-Industrial Zone
3. Airport Development Zone
4. The portion of the Public Use Zone covering the following described parcels:
a. The parcel described as follows: Lots 1 to 12 Block 1 and ½ vac st & alley adj Schroeder’s College Addition, Town of Wilson Creek, Grant County, Washington; and
b. The north one-third (1/3) of the parcel described as follows: All Block 6; ½ vac st & alley adj Schroeder’s College Addition, Town of Wilson Creek, Grant County, Washington.
D. The following wireless communication facilities are prohibited in the Town:
1. Guyed towers
2. Lattice towers less than 200 feet in height
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, any actions of the Town of Wilson Creek or staff prior to the date hereof and consistent with the terms of this Ordinance are ratified and confirmed.
ADOPTED by an affirmative majority vote of the Town of Wilson Creek on the 14th day of July , 2022.

I, the undersigned, Clerk of the Town of Wilson Creek, a town organized under the laws of the state of Washington, do hereby attest and certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly approved and adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Wilson Creek at a meeting of the Town Council duly called and held on the 14th day of July ,2022, at which meeting a quorum was present; and that said ordinance, as set out above, will appear in the minutes of said meeting in the Town’s Book of Ordinances maintained by the Town Clerk.
